SHIPPING & RETURNS

• All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

• For prepaid orders above INR 500, shipping is free. For orders below INR 500, shipping is chargeable. You will see exact amount of shipping during checkout.

• If you want to opt for Cash on Delivery, INR 60 will be added to the order value.

• Estimated delivery timeline is around 7-10 working days

At Silly Color, we pour a lot of love and care into every product we send out. Each item is carefully checked for quality before it reaches you. However, sometimes things can go a little off-track during transit — and we completely understand.

While we do not offer returns, we’re more than happy to replace any item that is defective or wrongly shipped, provided it meets the criteria below.

• Please make a quick unboxing video of your order. Make sure the shipping slip (with order number) and the issue with the product are clearly visible in the video.

• Our team will review it with care and get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.

If your request qualifies, we’ll arrange a smooth pickup of the damaged product and dispatch a fresh one right away. Replacements are usually processed within 3–4 working days after your case is approved.
